A shocking turn of events in the case of Bill Cosby.
Pennsylvania's highest court has overturned the former comedian's sexual assault conviction.
The court notes is discovered an agreement with a previous prosecutor that prevented Cosby from being charged.
The 83 year old, who has served two years in prison, had vowed to serve all 10 years of his sentence instead of acknowledge remorse over the 2004 encounter at the centre of the trial.
The former entertainer was charged in 2015.
