Officials say nobody was hurt
Emergency crews were called to a house in Fort Erie today, after a tree fell onto a house.
The incident took place early this afternoon at a home on MacDonald Drive near Bertie Bay Road.
Fort Erie Fire Chief Mark Schmidt says there was significant damage to the home, but nobody was hurt.
Authorities say there were strong winds in the area prior to the call.
