Four Hamilton teenagers have been charged after an SUV was stolen in Niagara Falls.
Just after 10:00 p.m. last night, police were called to the area of Victoria Avenue near Morrison Street.
The officers immediately boxed in a grey 2018 Ford Explorer that had been reported stolen.
The driver rammed one of the cruisers while trying to flee, then mounted a curb and knocked over a cement garbage can.
Officers say damage to each car is around $5,000, and no one was injured.
A 16 year old male, a 17 year old female, and two 17 year old males were arrested and charged.
A bail hearing has been scheduled for today.
