
Police say at least 3 bullets had been fired at the Niagara Falls house back in January
A 26-year old Niagara Falls man has been charged after a home was shot at back in January.
Police arrived at a house on Armstrong Drive, in Niagara Falls, to find at least three bullets had been fired through a front window.
No one was injured, as the homeowners sought refuge within.
Police add they were reviewing video of a man running from the scene, and jumping into a Volkwagen Jetta, driven by another man.
Police arrested Jeffrey P. Venzon yesterday, charging him with 3 counts of firing a gun with intent to endanger life, and other weapon offences.
He has a bail hearing today.
