
Easter takes place this weekend
Easter is right around the corner, and there are lots of festivities throughout the region.
Fort Erie
The Fort Erie Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee is holding their second annual virtual Easter egg hunt until April 21st.
Families can participate here to take part in a hunt across the town to find "Easter eggs."
The eggs are not real Easter eggs, but items that can be found at the locations.
Port Colborne
The Easter farmer's market will take place on Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to noon in Market Square.
On Saturday at 10:00 a.m., the Easter bunny will sail in along West Street.
After he arrives via tugboat, the Easter Bunny will hop over to the Vale Health & Wellness Centre for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and other family-oriented activities.

Pelham
An Easter egg hunt will take place at Centennial Park on Saturday.
The fun will start at 11, and kids will also get to meet the Easter bunny, participate in a colouring contest and enjoy crafts.

St. Catharines
On Saturday, the St. Catharines Farmers Market will have an Easter-themed Eggstravaganza from 9:30 until noon.
There will be free crafts and a raffle.
As well, the Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre will be open Saturday through Monday, with programs such as pond hockey and public skating.
