Peter Dixon has won big with Lotto 6/49

A man from Niagara Falls is $1 million richer.

Peter Dixon won the Lotto 6/49 prize in the September 23rd Gold Ball Draw.

"I've been a regular lottery player for over 15 years. This is my first big win," shared Peter while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. "I was at the store checking my tickets and the lottery terminal shut down. I had no idea what was going on. When I noticed the prize amount, I was in complete disbelief!"

He says he plans to invest for retirement and buy a new vehicle.

The winning ticket was bought at Avondale on Dorchester Road in Niagara Falls.
