A Niagara Falls resident has been charged with impaired driving.
Around 12:10 a.m. today, a Niagara Parks police officer spotted a Mazda CX-5 run past a stop sign near Falls Avenue and Niagara Parkway.
Police say the vehicle drove southbound at inconsistent speeds and was weaving within its lane.
A traffic stop was conducted, and a breathalyzer test took place.
The 26 year old driver failed the test, and faces an impaired driving charge.
