Another good news story to share... a lottery win for a Niagara Falls grandmother who plays when the mood strikes her.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Elizabeth Howe plays Instant Bingo, and when she saw she revealed the outside box, she couldn't believe it.
She still didn't believe she'd won $50,000 after scanning it, so she had it confirmed at the store, where everyone inside went crazy for her.
Of course, her dad and sister didn't believe her, as she confesses to being the prankster of the family.
The OLG says she plans to buy some items for her new home and take a well-deserved holiday.
The ticket was bought at Big Deal Food Mart in St. Catharines.
