The Niagara Region has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award, for the 2019 budget.
The Government Finance Officers Association is offering it's congratulations to our Financial Management and Planning Team, for meeting all of the necessary guidelines.
Those guidelines assess how well the budget serves as a policy document, financial plan, operations guide and communications device.
Over 1,600 organizations participate in the Budget Awards Program.
