Police Identify Man Killed in West Lincoln ATV Crash

Police say 38 year old Welland man killed after an ATV and a minivan collided.

Niagara Regional Police continue to investigate a deadly West Lincoln collision between an ATV and a minivan.

Police say around 5:40 the morning of March 29th, the two vehicles were involved in a head-on crash in the area of Caistorville Road near Concession Road 3.

The ATV driver was killed.

Investigators say the deceased has been identified as a 38 year old man from Welland, but his name is being withheld.
