Officers say man exposed his genitals inside the Walmart store at the Pen Centre.

Police have identified the suspect as 32-year-old Jason Shred of St. Catharines. He was arrested earlier today and is due in court tomorrow.

Niagara Regional Police are hunting down a suspect wanted in connection to indecent acts at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines.
Just before 8:30 p.m. on November 3rd, police were called to the Walmart store, after receiving reports of a man following female shoppers.
The man was spotted recording the women on his phone.
Investigators say the man also exposed his genitals and committed an indecent act before fleeing the scene.
Despite the assistance of the K9 unit, the man was not found.
The unknown suspect is described as:
- White male, 25-35 yrs.
- 5’4" ft. tall, slender build
- Goatee - scraggly
The suspect was last seen wearing (see photos):
- Dark beanie toque
- Orange sport sunglasses
- Grey baggy sweatpants
- Dark construction jacket with neon/grey reflectors on the jacket (X pattern on back)
- Grey hooded sweatshirt
- Black running shoes with white soles
