Niagara's Regional Councillors will get together, to talk about the hiring of a former CAO.
The Ontario Ombudsman just recently released a report on the matter, titled "Inside Job."
It says the hiring process was tainted when Carmen D'Angelo took the job back in 2016.
A special council meeting will be taking place tomorrow afternoon.
Wainfleet Mayor Kevin Gibson would like police to investigate the matter. He spent more than 30 years with the RCMP before taking office.
