Police have no evidence to link sexual assault of teenager related to bus driving duties
A 52-year old school bus driver in Niagara Falls has been charged with sexual assault against a teenager.
Police say they started looking into complaints the man had assaulted the boy, under 16-years old, in Niagara Falls between May and November.
They arrested Todd Douglas Williston of Niagara Falls today, laying 5 charges:
- Make Available Sexually Explicit Material to Person Under or Believed to be Under the Age of 16 (2 Counts)
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of Age
- Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 years of Age
- Counselling Indictable Offence Not Committed - Making Child Pornography
Police add he's worked as a school bus driver in Niagara Falls for about 4-years, but at this time don't have evidence showing a crime related to bus driving duties.
They also believe there may be other victims.
