A special weather statement remains in effect for the Niagara Region.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Peter Kimbell says we have quite the storm heading our way.
"We'll get the 5 centimetres (of snow) tonight, but tomorrow will probably be a mix of snow, ice pellets, freezing rain, and freezing drizzle. It's going to be messy weather, not a huge amount of accumulation, but messy regardless."
You'll have to be careful while driving into to work tomorrow morning.
Kimbell says the conditions should be about the same across the Region.
He says Environment Canada is not planning on issuing any warnings at this point.
If a warning is issued, Kimbell says it would probably be for freezing rain if we get more than a couple of hours of freezing rain tomorrow.
This weather system should hit southern Ontario shortly before midnight tonight.
