Sunwing extends option to change travel dates as technical problem continues to plague check-in system.
Sunwing Airlines say the system-wide glitch that has delayed flights over the last several days still hasn't been fixed.
In a tweet, the airline says it has extended the option to change travel dates at no charge for bookings affected.
Sunwing departures scheduled from April 19th to the 25th can change travel dates up to June 23rd.
Company employees have been forced to manually check in passengers as a result of the issue.
To request a change for southbound travel dates, you'll need to contact your local travel agent or the Sunwing Sales Centre at 1-877-786-9464.
To change your return flight, contact your local Sunwing Experiences rep at your hotel.
