
The NRP has laid impaired driving-related charges against thirteen people from Niagara.
The offences occurred during R.I.D.E spot checks between May 10th and the 23rd.
Those charged include six people from Niagara Falls, four people from St. Catharines, two people from Welland and one person from Fort Erie.
Each individual also received a 90 day license suspension.
Police would like to remind the public that impaired driving is the leading cause of criminal deaths in Canada.
