The average Pelham household will pay about $7 more every month for water and wastewater services
The Town of Pelham has passed this year's water and wastewater budgets.
During last night's meeting, council approved an increase of 6.5 percent in the water rate, and 9.5 percent in the wastewater rate.
This means the average household will pay about $6.74 more every month.
The Town says the increase is needed for maintenance and operational costs.
