Witness say man masturbating in public
A 52 year old Welland man is charged with committing an indecent act in a public space.
NRP were called to Merritt Island after reports of a male masturbating at a picnic table.
Officers spoke to witnesses who indicated the actions of the male were visible to those walking along the canal path and children playing at a nearby jungle gym.
Brian Laramee was arrested and charged.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing.
