June 26, 2019

Kids can get a free ride to the library starting on Friday.

Welland Public Library is teaming up with Welland Transit for the eighth year in a row for the Ride to Read program.

Kids between four and 14 can get a Ride to Read sticker pass at the library.

Welland Transit will give free rides to the library for kids with stickered cards.

Children between four and nine will need to ride with someone 14, or older.

One adult going with the child can ride for free.

The program looks to encourage reading over the summer and let kids experience public transit.
