Sandham Electric is about to close its doors in downtown St. Catharines, after 107 years in business.
The owner, Otto Werner, announced his retirement plans back in April and decided to put the business up for sale.
According to Niagara This Week, he hasn’t heard from any serious buyers so the business will close for good tomorrow.
Werner took control of the small appliance repair store back in 1967, when he bought it from Jack Sandham.
He is very thankful for everyone in the community, who kept him in business over the years.
